I was sexually harrased by a team leader to a point I broke down at a woman's door step having a panic attack. She drove me back to the office. Nothing was done about him. Was told if she left for medical treatment she would be sacked.

Hard work for little hourly pay. If you get a lot of signings this isn't a problem, but there will always be days when you don't make many. Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office. And you work about 2pm to 9pm so it can be alittle unsociable for meeting others on work nights. Not that much room for advancement past being a team leader. If you are not to good at getting sign ups and you don't hit the target for a few weeks in a row then I think it's kind of depressing. If you're averaging below the target they will have a lot of talks with you and basically want to get rid of you after a while. And if you're a boy it can be harder, people don't seem to mind slamming doors in boy's faces!

I'm a girl and I never got this, but saw it happen to lots of others on my team. But, if you're a people person I definitely say give it a go doing this! You could earn lots of money in a job that you love.

Management is the worst as they don't know what they are doing. They do not pay salary properly, let alone the commission. Management is full of lies.

Can be extremely tiring and may require long working hours. Unless you are performing well, the pay isn't worth the time put in. Friendly and fun environment. Salary not commission based. Lucrative bonus scheme. Not a great company to work for.

Pizza on Wednesdays, meet new people at every turn . For principle reasons, I was disappointed at management and how they would often put too much pressure on us to raise funds. The constant pressure began to contradict/have a negative effect on what I thought the company stood for and so I could no longer work at a place where my morals were compromised.
